Mr. Rafael Aguilera Ibarra begins in these operations, continuing with his legacy Mr. Hugo Guillermo Aguilera Medrano whose extensive experience and knowledge acquired for more than 41 years within the General Directorate of Customs, forms in 1993 what is now AGUILERA MEDRANO Y CIA.
